I miss the figure I had during April.
I detest my arms, tummy, butt and my tighs now =(
This 2 weeks I can never stop eating once I'm outside.
Every 1hr I have to feed myself with food.
How am I going to get back my figure in April???

Gonna start on a new diet plan starting from next week
Monday lunch: Ee mian
Monday dinner: passion fruit/grapes
Brisk walking...

Tuesday lunch: Prawn mee
Tuesday dinner: Passion fruit/grapes
Brisk walking...

Wednesday Lunch: Fruits
Wednesday dinner: Fruits

Thursday lunch: Rice
Thurday dinner: Passion fruit/grapes
Brisk walking...

Friday lunch: Ee mian
Friday dinner: passion fruit/grapes

Saturday & sunday gorging myself with food
Shall plan what is my diet plan for weekends again.

If I keep to my diet plan how long will I take to get back to 40kg???
I can't wait to see results but at the same time I hope I won't give up halfway =(


Its a hassle to update photos when the size is so big.
